Cypher eyes widened as he looked up upon hearing the echoed yell, his hair blew into his face as he looked up at the other rooftops, one in particular was crawling with familiar energy, with the exception of one human force that he had not yet encountered. The young man hesitated, not wanting to interfere with the situation shoul he make it worse, he simply lept one building closer to close some distance between them.
