Cypher's head rolled to the side to look at Scully, the pale light from the moon struck his eyes directly and caused them to shimmer slightly. "I told you to be careful for a reason, did I not?" His head rolled back up to look at the sky. "I know a couple of them, and some are quite friendly people, but, like human beings, not all are approachable."

"They were what I used to scare my niece with if she was naughty. I didn't really know they existed." She looked at the moon. "But a part of me did."

Cypher smiled to himself. "A great deal of mythical creatures and apparitions exist, they are just good at hiding it, is all. Angels, Were-creatures, Necromancers..." He started, but ended the small list knwoing fine well that they were examples enough. "And most of them are drawn here."

"So... That woman Alya. Is she a vampire?"

Cypher shook his head. "No, she's a Sidhe." He replied, and then, just in case Scully was not aware of that particular term, he added 'a fairy' onto his comment.

"A fairy. This is all kinda' strange for me here." She tried to stand, and with great difficulty she did. "Oh god, feeling better."

Cypher followed suit, and stood up shortly after her. "It just takes a little getting used to. If you know the right people, it's possible to live a quite safely." He replied, now as he made his way to the edge of the building to inspect the magnitude of the blackout. "But at the moment, it's quite difficult to do even that." He turned slightly to face Scully. "A lot has been going on, these past few months."

Scully smiled at Cypher. "Where could I find a room? I have booked into the moel, but it is disgusting."

Cypher could only shake his head in reply. "I tend to sleep rough around the city." He stated, now seemingly deep in thought. "I'm not sure if there's anywhere remotely liveable now, since the attack on the city a while ago..." He seemed to be thinking about something, his hand rubbed his smooth chin as he looked out at the city.

"Whats on your mind?" She asked putting her hand on his shoulder.

Cypher looked out beyond the city, one arm folded across his chest, whilst his other arm, propped against his wrist pointed in the same direction. "I'm not quite sure, but there was somebody I met when I first came here, and he lived in the village outside the city." He paused whilst his mind ran through the idea a couple more times. "His house was quite big, but I'm not sure if it's safe after the problem we had a few months ago. If it is, it would be a good place to stay at for a while until you can find a home of your own."

She smiled at Cypher. "If you are sure. I mean if your friend wont mind?"

Cypher shook his head. "He disappeared a while ago. Nobody knows where to, either, but I'm quite sure that he won't be coming back any time soon. And if he does, he will be more concerned about the damage to his home." The daemon smiled. "Besides, he always said that the least he could do, was to offer to put a roof over the head of his friend's son. I think I may take him up on that offer."

"What was his name?" She removed her hand from Cypher's shoulder and tied up her hair with the hair sticks.

"Rhys Blackthorne." Cypher answered, his head titled back slightly to take in the city scape from a slightly different angle.
