Cypher only chuckled contently at the combined expression of outrage and happiness showed by Sigure, but before long, the woman had wound her arm around his pale neck in a fake headlock as she smiled. "I can see why Bolton wanted you now, you ponce!" She joked, pretending to intensify the strength of the already weak headlock. Cypher simply placed his hands on the young woman's arm, as if to attempt at breaking free of the hold, but he simply smiled as his whole upper body was tugged downward by the locking maneuvre. "I'll take your wallet, next time." He threatened plainly. It seemed as though his voice was at a constant, monotonously, half-deep and lyrical tone in all situations. "You'll do no such thing!" Sigure retorted as she tugged him to the side as if to knock him to the ground, earning yet another chuckle from her God son.

The pair returned to their full heights. Cypher straightened the lapels of his leather jacket with his slender hands, whilst Sigure laughed under her breath in the manner a guilty young child would do as they were being scolded by their parents. In all actuality, the pair gave off the image of two friends, maybe even siblings, more than they did their actual link, and in spite of the vast age difference between them, they still treated one another as if they were normal human beings. "Ah, I'm just a big kid, at heart." Sigure replied with a small grin. "The pretty-boy needs to learn how to loosen up every now and then, though." She added with a joined nudge in the rib to gesture towards the young man.

"Anyway," Sigure started, her tone of voice seemed to give the impression that she was about to voice her side of a controversial debate, but such an assumption was incorrect. "I must be off, I have to work in a few minutes, so I'll have to bid you both adieu." The young woman patted Cypher on the shoulder and paced over to the edge of the roof, turning to wave to both Saz and her God son with a smile.
Cypher nodded with a wise understanding, and watched as Sigure dropped off the edge of the building, aware that she would be perfectly safe when she made her way down. The daemon slid his eyes shut, and heaved a soft sigh of near exhaustion as he returned both of his hands to his hips. "I think she may have been hitting the caffine a little too hard..." He thought out loud to himself, a look of knowing upon his face.

She waved the woman off
"Cypher? Are you ok?" she looked a little concerned

Cypher's head turned slightly to Saz, the tone in her voice a little confusing to the young man. The tinge of happiness from his brief encounter with the older woman now dull, and dead. "Yes, I think so." He said, the monotonously gentle and rippling tone of voice maintained perfectly intact as the pale might from the moon struck his deep purple eyes, causing them to glitter ever-so-slightly. "Why do you ask?"

She nodded
"Nothing... nothing at all" she smiled again
"Well my dear friend I must say goodbye, Tanner will probably be awake by now and be wondering where I am" she smiled at the thought of Tanner
"I shall see you seen though" she smiled and then hopped down off the rooftops and into the alleys

Cypher traced Saz's footsteps silently across the rooftop, amethyst eyes focused blankly on the edge of the building as their owner lost himself in thought. Surely, it may have been a surprise for her, just to hear him chuckle slightly, but was he so distant from everyone that even the slightest sign of happiness from him made them concerned in utter confusion?
The daemon walked over the to the raised wall that lined the edge of the building, and fell against it, his entire form slid down to the cold ground, his legs drawn up and parted, and his arms resting casually against his knees in contemplation.

With a running start, Cypher lept from the edge of the building to plummet downward. But before the free fall could achieve maximum velocity, the daemon had latched onto a flag pole, his entire body revolved around the beam, before he released his grip to send himself flying through the air in a low arc, and eventually, onto a another, lower roof top. The thief sat down on the edge of the smaller structure, and as he heaved a small sigh, pushed himself off of the cold stone precipice and down into the streets to land upon firm, sturdy ground.

The lithe form of the young man rolled along the rooftop, landing crouched upon one knee whilst he cautiously scanned the area out of instinct. Satisfied that there was nothing lurking in the shadows, Cypher returned to his full height, the wind swept underneath his jacket, ruffling and rippling the heavy meterial in the evening chill.

Raine pulled herself up onto the rooftop and glanced down onto the street she could see a crowd gathered round the man she had shot at and she smiled lightly glad to be out of the way. She looked around and realised she was not alone on the roof top. She crouched quickly behind a chimney stack so she was out of sight and crept round so she could see if the person was a threat.

Cypher's ears pricked to attention at the sound of the roaring gunshot. With a quick pace the daemon headed for the ledge and peered over the edge to glance at the heads that made up the ring of citizens that crowded around the corpse. Amethyst eyes lowered, thicky-lashed eyelids slid half-shut as the youth slowly twisted his head to the side, the soft purple orbs locked upon the chimney stack located upon the rooftops that he occupied. The feeling that he was being watched made it evident that he was now sharing the area with somebody, or something.
In perfect silence, the halfling waited patiently for a sign of movement behind the stack, the only sound that directly came from the thin figure, the soft and gentle breathing that was compulsory with existance itself.

Raine let out a long breath when she recognised the figure she was sharing the rooftop with. She stood up slowly and stepped out into the open, she instinctively knew there was no threat from this person and smiled.
"Good evening!"
