he closed his eyes for a second. "What time would you say it is? I don't think I usually get..." He cut off again, thinking out loud. He laughed gently and leaned back in the chair, balancing his leg no this knee better and turning away from the window where a wire thin frame of light surrounded it.

Cypher shook his head mutely to himself, his temple pressed against the wall as he attempted to gaze at the world outside through clean patches of glass that reamined upon the windows.
"Half past six, maybe seven?" He asked himself, his eyes wandering now the the ceiling as he pondered the question briefly in his mind. "Why do you ask?"

"Hmm, Just curious. I'm not usually one to be awake at this time as you can imagine... I never notice how early one gets hungry." He smiled a little, not enough to show his vampiric teeth. he turned to look at Cypher, wincing at the light and looking away again.

His gaze flickered from the Vampire to the window. Instantly able to tell what was wrong, he decided it was in the night walker's best interests for him to move away from the window panes, crossing the creaking floor to prop himself upon the wall opposite the Vampire, his legs crossed in front of him as his stare locked to the window, the colour of the light that leaked into the room a bloody gold.

He glanced at the light, able to tell it's colour, that of the setting sun. "Well, this is the first in a long time I haven't slept, I can almost remeber a sunset when I look at this light." He sighed gently, thinking of the night he was changed, and of the murders of his family. He still felt that they were his fault, his siblings, he could have protected them better. He stopped the thoughts and concentrated on the here and now.

The Daemon regarded the man before him. It was quite bizarre to think of living without the light of the sun, even though his work took place only in the dead of night. His mind made a mental link to the light, and before he knew it, his head had twisted to the window once again.
"I can imagine..."

"Hmm, it is odd. For many years most yearn to see the sun again. But it becomes a routine not to. you ignore it and loath it's light it the end. It's amazing how easiely even vampires can be programmed by pain an fear." he laughed gently, keeping his gaze away from the window and looking about the house which seemed to him as if it were almost to bright to look at in itself, he was used to the dead of night, not this half light.

"If you can feel pain, then you are bound to fear it sooner or later." The thief replied, his head rolled back again the wall, deep purple eyes locked upon the ceiling as words came from his mouth. "Besides, the light of the sun brings you nothing but death, it's only logical to fear it to a certain extent."
His head fell back, his chin pressed against his chest until he pulled it back up to look at the Vampire, at how he almost seemed to quint as he examined the room, dust flying in the air, catching in the sunlight as it floated back down to the ground.
"I suppose it hurts, even with so little light in here." Cypher reflected, his own head turned left and right to gesture to the room about them.

He nodded gently. "The moment when you wake up in the dark, and sleep still fills your eyes. You sit up and turn on the light, that blindness, the longing to close your eyes and turn the light off. Not pain, at least but that's what it feels like." He smiled, suprised that he still remembered that moment then again, vampires forgot little of their long loves.

"One of the downsides, I assume?" Said the thief, folding his arms neatly over his thin chest. All things came with a price, this he had learnt years ago, even the lesson had been known from the dawn of time itself.
Silence crept up between the two, and as Cypher cocked his head, a second question piqued his curiosity. "What of the wound?" He asked, his face stoic as he spoke the words.

he glanced down at himself. "Not much left i don't think." he opened the shirt a little and saw n0othing but a white mark showing the recent event. "Just a scar, it will be gone in a few days." He smiled, and stood up. He could sense the sun setting and was becoming restless.

Cypher soon mimicked the movements of the Vampire, forcing himself away from the wall with ease to stand under his own weight. Two small steps brought him a little closer to the night walker, as if worried or reluctant to follow, but the thief simply dropped his arms to his sides.
"Ready to leave so soon?" He asked, surprised at the creature's decision to show himself out of doors, especially so early after being attacked.

"Hmm, I feel restless, and hungry." He didn't want to be in the situation where the blood lust took over, a victim like Cypher would be all to tempting. "You needn't follow..." He smiled back at him. "If you don't want, I think I can find my way back here..." He said this but he wasn't sure, he had seen little of the road out, he was hoping to navigate as he left.

Cypher merely shook his head, sending purple locks of hair tickling over his pale face with the movement. "I could use the exercise." Said the Daemon cooly, his head tilted back sightly in an almost matter-of-fact manner.

"Well then, are you ready?" He glanced out at the invisible sun, the light was still bright but her could bare it. He pulled on his long jacket that he carried with him and made his way to the door. "You ready?" he asked calmly, opening the door.
